The hotel's location is convenient, with free shuttle buses available 24/7 to take guests to a nearby mosque. The staff are friendly and accommodating, with rooms cleaned regularly upon request and tea and coffee-making facilities available for use. Additionally, there are several shops and restaurants within walking distance, providing guests with plenty of options.
The parking area is quite small for a hotel of this size, which could be a potential issue for guests who choose to rent cars during their stay.

The hotel provided free 24-hour bus service to Masjid Al Haram, which made it really convenient for me to visit. The reception staff, especially Mr. Abdullah, were polite and helpful. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the location was excellent, just a 2-minute bus ride away from the main area. The bathroom had a working shower and the air conditioning kept the room comfortable. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. my stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this hotel.
The room didn't have an oven and only a tea kettle was available. It would have been better if there were kitchen facilities provided.

The hotel was conveniently located within a short distance from local shops and restaurants. We appreciated being provided with tea and coffee in our room, as well as access to free wifi. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and we received prompt attention to any requests. the free bus service offered by other hotels was a major plus, as it made travelling to our destination hassle-free.
The bathroom was quite small and we encountered some issues with flies in our room. Unfortunately, due to the current situation, most of the nearby shops and restaurants were closed, and the hotel did not offer its own restaurant services.
